Director of the Doctoral College and Chartered Psychologist at the University of Surrey
Kate Gleeson is the Director of the Doctoral College at the University of Surrey - her role is promote and support research excellence by growing the conditions in which Postgraduate, Postdoctoral and Early Career researchers can thrive and achieve their ambitious goals. Kate joined Surrey eight years ago after being the Research Director for the Clinical Psychology training programme at the University of Bristol. Kate undertook the same role at Surrey before becoming Associate Dean for the Doctoral College in the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. Kate is a Chartered Psychologist with extensive experience of postgraduate supervision and a passion for collaborating with others to create an inclusive and generous research community.
